Tier 1 - Community: Grace Theater

During its first three months, Tier 1 will serve as a small founding community—a premier cast of husbands entering the theater of God’s grace. With Scripture as our Script, Christ as the Embodied Word and the perfect Husband-example, and the Holy Spirit directing our rehearsal, each man will be invited to stand before the mirror of God’s Word—not primarily to examine his wife’s performance, but to examine himself. 

Together, we will learn to live by Christ's righteousness, practice self-examination, strengthen Christlike character, and grow through guided reflection, prayer, brotherhood, and accountability. Our purpose is not merely to study the husband’s role but to rehearse it faithfully until our homes increasingly reflect Christ's love, meekness, sacrifice, and holy leadership.

This first season will not include intensive marriage intervention, spouse sessions, or individualized conflict coaching. At the end of the three-month pilot, we will prayerfully assess the community’s and the coach’s readiness before opening Tier 2.

The Governor’s Coach begins with this conviction: every husband is an actor on the stage of grace, but Christ alone is the perfect Role. Therefore, the coach enters rehearsal alongside the husbands—not standing above the cast, but standing with them before the same Script, the same mirror, and the same righteous Example.
